01 Service and educational purpose

SurePass provides independent digital review materials, practice activities, mock examinations, essay exercises, learning analytics, readiness indicators, and study guidance for selected Philippine examinations.

• SurePass is a review aid and is not the official examination, an accredited degree program, or a substitute for professional advice.
• Scores, readiness percentages, recommendations, and pet-coach messages are based on activity within SurePass. They do not predict or guarantee passing any official examination.
• Unless a formal relationship is expressly stated, SurePass is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Professional Regulation Commission, Civil Service Commission, Supreme Court of the Philippines, any regulatory board, or any review-material publisher.

02 Eligibility, registration, and account security

You must provide accurate and current registration information and use an email address that belongs to you. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account.

• One account is intended for one person and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used as a group account.
• Student accounts may be subject to the device limit shown in the service. Repeated attempts to evade the limit may trigger a security review or temporary restriction.
• Notify SurePass through the account support channel if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require reasonable identity verification before changing account or device access.

03 Pricing, enrollment, and access period

Plan features and current paid prices are displayed on the Pricing page. Prices are maintained by the SurePass administrator and may differ by examination program.

• Free includes a stable 50% portion of the selected exam’s question bank, all available study modes except AI Analytics, and advertising. Free access does not require payment.
• Basic includes the same 50% question-bank access and study modes without ads. Each Basic price is entered manually by the administrator; Basic cannot be purchased for an exam until that price is set.
• Premium includes the complete question bank, all available features and study modes, AI Analytics, and no ads.
• Each paid upgrade applies only to the examination program selected during checkout. Additional paid program upgrades require separate enrollment unless an authorized offer expressly states otherwise.
• Basic and Premium access ordinarily last one year from administrator activation. A 100% voucher enrollment lasts one year from successful redemption unless the offer clearly states a different duration.
• Price changes apply prospectively. The amount confirmed for a valid pending payment submission remains subject to transaction verification, voucher validity, and correction of obvious display or input errors.
• Promotional prices and vouchers may have program limits, expiry dates, usage limits, or other conditions shown when issued.

04 GCash payment and administrator verification

When direct GCash enrollment is offered, access is not activated merely because a payment form was submitted. The administrator must verify the transaction against the actual payment record.

• You must submit the correct transaction reference, amount, sender information, selected exam, and requested proof of payment.
• False, altered, reused, or misleading payment information may be rejected and may result in account restriction.
• Activation time can vary while a payment is being reviewed. If the details do not match, we may request clarification through the account inbox or the contact channel provided in the service.
• Do not submit a GCash PIN, one-time password, full account password, or unrelated financial information. SurePass will not request those credentials.

05 Vouchers and promotions

A voucher is valid only while enabled, unexpired, applicable to the selected exam, and unused where single-use restrictions apply. Vouchers have no cash value, cannot produce a negative price, and may be withdrawn when issued or used through error, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized distribution. A 100% voucher still requires an eligible SurePass account and acceptance of these Terms.

06 Cancellations, corrections, and refunds

Because SurePass supplies digital review access, refund eligibility depends on the transaction status, whether access has been activated or materially used, the reason for the request, and applicable Philippine law.

• Report a duplicate payment, incorrect amount, wrong-program enrollment, or failure to receive purchased access as soon as reasonably possible through SurePass support.
• After correct access has been activated and materially used, a change of mind generally does not create an automatic refund right, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• Nothing in these Terms removes or limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

07 Acceptable use

You may use SurePass only for personal, lawful examination preparation. You must not:

• copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, or publicly display question banks, explanations, analytics, or other protected content;
• use bots, automation, extraction tools, security probes, or technical workarounds to access content or systems beyond normal product functions;
• share answers or protected materials in a way intended to recreate the service or facilitate cheating, fraud, or examination misconduct;
• upload malicious code, impersonate another person, interfere with other users, or attempt to bypass access, payment, program, subject, or device controls.

08 Content, intellectual property, and user submissions

The SurePass platform, original presentation, software, branding, analytics, and review content are owned by or lawfully used by SurePass and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your enrollment grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the enrolled program for personal study during the active access period.

You retain rights in content you submit, such as profile information, practice responses, and support messages. You authorize SurePass to store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service or comply with law. Do not upload content you have no right to provide.

09 Personal information and records

SurePass processes account details, enrollment and payment-verification records, device-security information, learning activity, progress data, profile settings, and communications as needed to operate the service. We apply reasonable safeguards and limit access according to operational roles. You are responsible for avoiding unnecessary sensitive information in free-text answers, support messages, profile uploads, and payment proof.

Free accounts may see contextual or interest-based advertising through configured advertising providers. If a third-party ad service is not configured or is unavailable, SurePass may display its own upgrade messages instead. Advertising providers may process device, cookie, or usage information under their own notices and applicable consent requirements.

10 Availability, content changes, and maintenance

We work to keep SurePass available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, repair, secure, or update the service; correct questions and explanations; add or retire content; and adjust features to reflect examination changes. We will not intentionally reduce an active paid enrollment’s core access without a legitimate operational, legal, security, or content-quality reason.

11 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, verified payment fraud, harmful conduct, unlawful use, content theft, security abuse, or repeated attempts to defeat service controls. When reasonable and safe, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Sections that by their nature should continue—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and dispute provisions—survive termination.

12 Disclaimers and limitation of liability

SurePass provides educational review tools on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that use of the service will produce a particular examination score, admission, license, employment outcome, or professional result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurePass is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to use the service. This section does not exclude liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

13 Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact SurePass and provide enough information for a good-faith attempt to resolve the concern. Nothing here prevents either party from using a consumer-protection remedy, regulatory process, or court with lawful jurisdiction.

14 Changes, notices, and contact

We may revise these Terms to reflect service, legal, security, or operational changes. The current version will show its effective date on this page. Material changes that affect active users may also be announced through the website, account inbox, or registered email where appropriate. Continued use after a revised version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

For account, payment, access, or terms questions, use the SurePass support or inbox channel available through the website. Include only the information reasonably needed to identify the issue, and never send your password, GCash PIN, or one-time password.
